The Secondary Programme (Class 10th) at the Manipur State Board of Open Schooling (MSBOS) is designed to provide a solid academic foundation while offering the flexibility that open schooling is known for. It is equivalent to the HSLC (High School Leaving Certificate) provided by regular boards.
